Ok I finally spoke with him and it turns out it was on the S2KI forum the whole time. Difference being is they just used preexisting holes on the hood

Ok I finally spoke with him and it turns out it was on the S2KI forum the whole time. Difference being is they just used preexisting holes on the hood whereas I just cut straight through the support bars. And yes it will be fine
