ok.......living in a town that has high volume z's, I've seen one black and a few others, but considering the exposure with dealership, not much.....must be from out of town.

I didn't see many 350z's the first couple years they came out. Now I see them everywhere! I bet the 370z will eventually be the same way.

We actually have 3 Z's is little podunk Nac, TX. Mine, a white convertable with sports package and red base model. Never come across them on the road though.

I have noticed a very large increase in the number of 350z running around the college here. Most are not well taken care of. One of them is super riced out, so my friends and I call it super-hero.

I kind of doubt it. The 370z has sold a rediculously low number of units compared the 350z.

VERY true! just like having a COOL car, and a PRACTICAL car... A BMW M5 is a COOL @$$ car just like a Z is a Cool car, but if you have a family which one is the most practical? THAT is why the Z is not seen as much as a lot of other cars, 2 seaters are NOT a car that a "responsible" set of newlyweds that plan on having a family would think about buying, I've outlined my reasoning on this subject so many times on this board that i'm not even going to go into it again, its very obvious "when" and "why" you can afford to buy and daily drive a 2 seater, lol.

Ya thats a BIG factor, especially in this area where most people store their Z for 4-5 months a year. Not everyone wants or can spend 35-40K on a car that can take one passenger, drinks gas and use 70% of the year.

I'm lucky, I talked my wife's ear about this Z so much that although we had a huge wedding and have a 5 month old son now...selling the Z is NOT on the table :driving:

In the Tampa area, I'm starting to see more and more pop up. I saw a grey convertible and a modded white coupe today. I saw a black Nismo sometime in the past week. Saw a black coupe as well yesterday.

As long as it's not at Lutz Performance...

Yours isn't a convertible, is it?

I see more 350z/g35 g37, barely any 370z and thats funny because i live in the heart of semi baller country, newport beach south orange county area.

I didn't see any on the road for about 6 months in Austin (other than at a meet). I know of three in the neighborhood now - two of em showed up in last two months within 10 houses of mine!

Pauly 05-02-2012 05:45 AM

ive seen 4 in two months, and i have been everywhere from shreveport to new orleans. i know they have some, but rarely are seen "in the wild" lol. hey steve, do you get any love from other mustang drivers at lights or when you flash? i had a stang toot the horn and wave once when i was standing outside next to my Z.

UNKNOWN_370 05-02-2012 09:43 AM

The longest I gone without seeing a 370 was 3 months. But that was back in 2010. Now the longest I will go is about 3 weeks. Maybe 4???
