Get some free legal aid that specializes in these types of Lawsuits, And if your situation meets the Lemon criteria? Hire a Lawyer. The other options are to take the hit and sell it or Keep it and just deal with it and hope it will eventually get sorted out as they seem to be trying under warranty at least. __________________
