just a quick update, couldn't find the K&N oil filter but will be replacing the engine oil and oil filter with this performance magnetic oil filter, i was told by the people at autobarn that's just as good for a car driven 6k? although the 350Z is listed as being compatible, i'm assuming the list is probably dated since the sales rep at autobarn confirmed it'll work with the 370Z?

I'm assuming that's standard and shouldn't be a problem, however I had heard that flushing also does more harm than good. I didn't ask for the flush, the service person at Nissan suggested it so what's the go? Should I just tell him to change the oil and not flush?
