If it's just paint dmg and not an actual scratch on the surface of your bumper as well, just use Dr. Color Chip. I'm actually planning on using my Dr.

I'm actually planning on using my Dr. Colorchip kit tonight on a rather large chip on my front bumper, I'll take pics for you and let you know.
