With my other son Taylor (techfracture), also a gearhead and Z car fanatic, Colin, and me as role models, the possibilities of what she will become as a person make my head swim. Anyway, her name shall be Faye Allen Clark. Everyone nixed "Katayama", which was one of my suggestions.

Well. There you go.
Mr.onzedge, congrats on the new future family I am happy and excited for you and your family

Funny, the youngest daughter of one of my sisters is also Faye

BTW, will you consider the name Michele Lynn CLARK??

Mr.kenchan, I do prefer VW for FWD for their handling, among many FWD on the market, I'd say they are the most balanced chassis but reliability is simply

on your experience of those FF, I think the rear suspension has to stiff up quite a bit to limit the weight transfer...

Just received a call from the shop telling me that my car is ready for pick up. Its been in the shop since 3/20/2012 due to one guys that was texting and hit me going about 45+ miles an hour.

Jb- sounds scarey with your back. Glad to hear you weren't terribly hurt and made recovery.

mr.alcheng- yes, I've not owned a vw so I can't speak for it but do want to try their car some day. Ive driven gti's my buddy had. Was very solid and didn't feel cheap at all.

Washed my G and Fit tonight. Wheew... . Finally my G looks normal again.

I mean the clean fit & G tonight - but that's a really flattering picture, too.
