I have the 7AT and I drive it in manual mode around 90% of the time. If I had the manual, I'd probably leave it with SRM on, too. I

I have the 7AT and I drive it in manual mode around 90% of the time. If I had the manual, I'd probably leave it with SRM on, too. I feel like that would be better for the transmission since it would match the revs and eliminate any shock from a mismatched shift.
