Anyone seen this! Japan's 370z Nismo

I've always wondered the same thing. It didn't make sense to me why the Nismo's can't come with leather or Nav, its not like the car is ONLY going to be used as a track car. The Nismo is actually heavier than a Touring Z and is known to be slower in straights than the regular Z. I don't understand why other markets dont get the Nismo like Japan's fully loaded Nismo. I honestly think they would sell more than they do right now.
