Would it be worth buying a used 370z that comers with mods? Like exhaust. Tune. Gen 3 intake. Pulleys. HFCs. Or would it cause soon ? 20 k miles

Really, the person you buy it from would matter more to me. I would rather buy a car from some OCD freak like myself who does tasteful mods than from someone who keeps the car stock and doesn't care about it and bounces off the rev-limiter doing doughnuts in the parkinglot.

Yeah, with a modded car it's all about the seller. Find out who did the work (what shop, or the owner themselves), what the goal was, get a good look at the car. Try to figure out if the car's been abused (but that's just standard advice for any used car).
