Hey guys, I just read this on Nissan's site about the sport brake package
"Balance doesn't just apply to cornering. Bringing the powerful Z® to a halt are its largest brakes ever - available 14" front rotors, with the gripping power of 4-piston front calipers. Purpose-designed ducting helps to reduce fade and provide predictable and precise stopping power." Did they actully plumb cooling hoses to the brakes now? Can someone confirm this? I know there is a DIY & stillens kit, but it sounds like it's now factory. |
I haven't been around on this site since I had to get rid of my Z earlier in the year...glad I popped in cuz I'm in love with the new blue :) Time to save up some cash!

2013 isn't an improvement in looks in my oppinion. The fangs are much tougher. The new front end looks like a cartoon car that is going to start talking in a cheery voice. Nissan needs to bring back the fangs and put in a turbo standard. A turbo 370z would spank most anything on the street, except it's $100,000 twin turbo big brother.

And four years ago, everyone hated the fangs. Just sayin'.

Wish they wouldve updated the car more, especially in the engine compartment. The car has great stock power already, but it cant hurt to add a few more ponies/ft-lbs under the hood. Not a huge fan of the new front fascia, but the overall look isnt changed much. Still an amazing car, the color options are nice too.
