Back to the dealer part: I think if I was a car salesman I'd spend the 80% of the time I wasted sittin' around with the other salesmen BS'in on learning the dozen or so models in the line I sold. I can't think of a single time I've bought a car that the salesperson knew more about it than I did. And I'm not trying to be cocky, it's just the flat out truth.
