Maybe you could call a shop near you and they could tell you exactly what you'd pay. Explain what you might get and the color, etc.

Not an expert by any means, but wouldn't the price be a function of the type of paint and finish you selected?

You could go with Earl Scheib (Earl Schieb - Chicago - Auto Paint Body Collision Repair), but I'd prefer to paint my car with a roller.

Often, it's not the paint that's the big dollar cost, it's fitment. Especially on a lot of the replicas. And of course it depends on how many pieces you're talking about. FWIW, last time I had a spoiler painted, it was $90. It was stick on, so there was no fitment / prep involved.

thanks. im just trying to get an idea how much i have to spend thats all.

i was thinking like the carbon fiber amuse kit. i see alot of them here. paint them blue or red to match the car.

so i would have to pay for the 1) paint. 2) fitment 3) installation ??

Paint, fitment and installation all depend on the quality of the body kit to begin with. For a high-quality, well-fitting 3-piece (front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper) kit at a body shop that regularly deals with aftermarket parts to cost around $1500 to paint and install (pearl paint like white etc).

Thanks for this answer. So anywhere around me I can expect a lot more money and a lot more screw-ups
