I think OP is just upset that he's only put on 13,000 miles and normal wear and tear has reared its ugly head. With that said, here's the best advice

I think OP is just upset that he's only put on 13,000 miles and normal wear and tear has reared its ugly head. With that said, here's the best advice for all your issues now and going forward, drive your car. As you can see its going to fall apart over time but things like seats and batteries can be replaced. You live in LA you have way more sunny days than I do in NY, drive your car at least that way you enjoyed it as its falling apart.
