I better start working on my forearm to lift 60lbs of tire/wheel above the door minimum of three times.

I am already this deep into hacking my car up, might as well finish the job with an ugly trailer

If I want to turn the trailer into a scooter carrier, I need to add another plywood so it is long enough to carry it. I really hope I don't bottom out going up my driveway and I can back the trailer into my garage up an incline

Very clever solution. Still an affront to Z-dom.

I love the fact you will not be limited in your life. I used to go hunting in my 300ZX. I could park in a camp site that was none too rugged and camp and hunt. With your trailer you can be gone for weeks.

Finish it for sure.

You have grade 5 steel bolts running through holes in the aluminum cross brace to the steel hitch receiver frame. Make sure the bolts stay tight... if they get loose and vibrate, the holes in the aluminum will distort very quickly. Hopefully you used lock washers and lock-tight
