Is it feasible to throw the stock parts back on for inspection, then swap them out afterwards? It's a bit of a pain, sure, but it's not like it takes

Is it feasible to throw the stock parts back on for inspection, then swap them out afterwards? It's a bit of a pain, sure, but it's not like it takes 12 hours to swap out an exhaust (cats and CBE).
