I think it'll be hard for you to get a throaty sound unless you also replace the stock cats with HFCs in addition to installing a CBE. But my understanding is that German laws are very restrictive when it comes to aftermarket parts, so I'm not sure HFCs are even feasible for you. In any case, I currently have a Stillen CBE combined with Berk HFCs, and it sounds pretty throaty.
