was doing some garage cleaning and came across valvoline Dot3 synpower brake fluid from maybe 4-5yrs ago. it's still factory sealed. good to use?

I went to a brake fluid class once. The guy who ran it claimed that if the brake fluid is not in a metal can, it does not age very well as it can absorb minute amounts of moisture through the plastic. Hmm. If it is sealed and everything, I would probably use it though -- just not in the Z's.
