Filed an insurance claim for a door ding today. Did I make a mistake? Will my premium go up because of this? How much do you guys estimate the fix will be? (dent on curved part of driver-side door + scratches horizontally probably can be polished?)

ive not seen the crease, but probably about 200-250 retail for the PDR and 100 for the polish. be careful though cause most body shops will want to take money from you and will charge for a repaired door + paint $450+...with poor color matching paint... so take it to a PDR place first. then take it to a detailer to polish it out. |
