Well this winter has been mild but considering you're 1.5 hours north of me you know the kind of winters we typically have where its a snow, slush, sand, salt mix for 4 months.

Even with washing weekly I dont trust it. What about areas where the wash doesn't reach? On my previous car I would wash it probably every 2 weeks including undercarriage spray and the bottom of that car was looking horrible after 8 winters.

Please do...If you read my introduction on new members, you will get more of the story...

We forget how fragile life is...Over and over..

We get caught up in the day to day..

I being into Money management, and Investing, was always a future guy...

Now I am learning to be both...Plan for the longest life financially secure, but live each day because....Poof you are gone..

i will check out your intro. :) i use to get caught up in a lot of 'meaningless' things if looked at from the big picture. these days i just do my best and knowing i did, i am happy and let life take its course.

this doesn't mean im willing to drive my Z in salt. :icon17: hahaha.

I was driving through my town yesterday since it was so nice out, and consequently because it was so nice out there also happened to be teenage bicyclers on the road.

Two kids rode by me while I was stopped at a light and the first one gave me this huge thumbs down. I just laughed it off because it was the first negative remark out 10 months of owning the car and it was obviously out of jealousy.

A half hour later I came out of a Royal Farms gas/convenience store to find the same tool on a bike, only now he was with his 15 friends (also on bikes of course). I stared the kid down hard as I walked to my car, not breaking eye contact the entire way to my door. He looked away then his friend who was with him earlier yelled, "I wanna see you roast 'em". I opened my car door and said, "I bet you do."

I've never pulled out of a place slower and less anti-climactic than that. They all stood and watched the whole time too.

(btw mods are blacked out fangs with tow-hook and flat black rays wheels)

kids... Should asked them for the 1+ grand to buy new tires >< I might have drove off fast if they wanted to see that but probably not fast enough to kill the tires. You know how kids are. They idolize :P

iceagetlc- im a dad and so i would've just walked up to the kid and asked in a loud & clear voice but not yelling, 'why were your thumbing down at me? it's not nice to thumb down at people, you know better then that.' make him feel stupid. :)

What I really wanted to say deep down was "You know thumbs up is hitchhiking, thumbs down means you give rimjobs for nickels."
