It is hard to tell in the picture but the scratch can still be seen it just is color matched but visible if you know what your looking for. If you never knew it was there you would have to be paying pretty close attention to see it.

:iagree:

yah, i mean we all have some sort of indentation from rocks even if there were no paint chipping off. to me it's the same as color matched touchup work just not 100.000000% smooth. no issue in my book.

pedZ 01-13-2012 10:07 AM

Hey srenity and kenchan, what do you use to apply the paint to try and make it look as smooth as possible? I've got a couple of nicks on the front that I need to patch up.

kenchan 01-13-2012 10:37 AM

i use a tooth pick with the tip flattened a little bit by hitting it on a table or something.

this way it can retain paint. :)

Ken uses a toothpick that he chews on for two minutes then applies paint. Then PDR's the car with a plunger LOL J/K Kenman good to see you on today. :tiphat:Hey Spohn and Alchemy. I'm looking to book my rooms for the cruise prior to the show from Va. and ZDayZ tomorrow.:ughdance: I've almost confirmed my time off so I feel I can go ahead and do it. I just paid off my credit cards so have plenty of room on them for lodging and GAS, oh and food LOL:stirthepot: Oh and will pay off my Oct. Aruba cruise with my taxes. I love vacations.
