gsxr750 Enthusiast Member Join Date: Jan 2012 Location: west Posts: 443 Drives: 2012 370z man. sport Rep Power: 15	You may actually want to go to another nissan dealer and have them run your VIN # thru their dealer repair system and this may actually show that your car has been a lemon, even before you purchased it and the dealer or private seller, knew very well of these problems and stuck you with the car. If you purchased the car from a party and they knowingly sold you a lemon, you probably would have a good case for a lawsuit. Remember the woman lawyer who sued a car company for the hybrid that didn't deliver the advertized MPG rating and she won in california.
