prior to the Jeep in my signature I bought a brand new Cherokee in 06 and the transmission went out three times, had oil consumption, and gas mileage was below 10MPG! SO after a year and a half of dealership trips they cut me a deal on a new jeep saying the MSRP I got on the standard cherokee they would give me on a cherokee overland HEMI, which was a 17K difference, not truly a lemon but a great deal since the dealership felt bad for selling me a lemon...

go to a new dealer if these guys keep ******* around and keep in touch with Nissan corporate to document this continually, worst comes to worst, get a local attorney, cant hurt.

GL!
