Oil Temp .....too LOW on the 370Z?

It's a little annoying when I can drive all the way to work and not have my oil temp reach 180. I have no time to have a little fun

Commutes like that suck. They are really hard on the car. You should see how gunky engines look that are only started and driven a few minutes then shut off... It's icky.

Though I like this commute better than the one to school. No traffic FTW!

I run my cold engine until the rpm's start to come down on their own, and into gear. I try not to stomp on it until the temp is 180.

How long should warm up be in winter?

Honestly as long as it takes to get the engine above 180 degrees.
