I doubt I will have to use a block off plate in Central TX. Maybe if I get stationed in Italy or in MD. I read that thread as well just in case..........

I am running 0 weith oil now in the winter. at -40C and below you will be hard pressed to get above 180F for an oil temp.

at below -40C you're outside operational temp of a vehicle.

At -40C many electronics can fail, like my cell phone screen etc
