this morning drove the 370z for the first time ever

When I down shifted, the rpm flew up quickly but the driving feeling was not there. So even if I can buy one at a very, very, good price, I won't. I was ready today, but I just can't. I will be either re-wiring my 08 that was flooded, or contue with the LS swap. I tried but I just can't.......

I know how you felt, when I test drove the Z for first time I didn't like it, Question , Did you redline it? How long was the test drive?. Since this car doesn't have a lot of torque you have to rev it up over 4500rpm to feel the power. When I test drove for first time it was raining so I didn't drove hard. But decided give it a second chance like a week later and fell in love with it.

I can see that, & perhaps try again. I would love to own one & try to get it into the low 12's with just bolt ons. I don't mean to brag, but I'm very good & have lots of car experience. Yes, the rpm did fly by fast (without 4:08 gears & I did redline it in the begining. It didn't have that solid engine feel like my 08. I'll try again
