Physics fail? Unless he was accelerating/decelerating rapidly that would be no more difficult than snapping a pic at 5 MPH.

i was more implying the distractions that may come at going 70 mph, such as switching lanes other people merging into your lane. i doubt you could snap a pic accelerating or braking at higher speeds without it being blurry.
