I also noticed that the rattle/buzz I was getting at high RPMs (that I was attributing to my short shifter) is gone -- at least for now. Maybe it has something to do with me removing the stock knob and re-stalling the JDM one using rubber o-rings. The knob feels great once it is warmed up.
