okay guys, went back out last night and took a look and my car had two smaller spacers instead of one big one in the pictures on previous pages, I removed the bottom spacer and everything went together great. Drove the car this morning and it shifs great.. I like it better than my ARC knob I had on my G37. Thanks for the quick feedback. I would say however its time for a new thread since trying to scim through this one to find the pictures of the spacer was a nightmare and a half..

Might be kinda off topic now, but how is that PWJDM exhaust coming along? :driving:

Any word on the brake ducts? :excited:

Yea... I'm like waiting to buy a diffuser. Preferably before July 2012... ;-)

SPOHN 12-29-2011 01:28 PM

I'm pretty sure the diffuser and much more will be in the works soon.

I have been waiting for a long time to post my review since my car was gone for a couple weeks and I didn't have time to tear into the stock knob, but I finally installed my PWJDM shift knob with a titanium base and it is PERFECT.

It did require me to create a way to raise the shift boot by cutting a small plastic bottle cap and placing that onto the shifter before placing the boot over it. This leaves the boot sitting perfectly with the base of the PWJDM shift knob. Also, my stock knob was a b*tch to get off, it is all torn up.

As far as shifting feel, my thoughts mirror others: shifting is significantly easier and smoother, with the shift knob feeling just right size wise for my hand. It also looks so classy, I am honestly blown away what PWJDM produced for such a reasonable price.

It looks darker in person, the flash definitely made it appear brighter! The silver would be a much closer match to the stainless finish of the shift knob.

Thanks onzedge!

Yes, the silver is closer to the color of the stainless knob. The Titanium is a bit darker, and is like the middle of the road color between silver and black. I think it's the perfect option (which is why I got it)!

Yah, great shots Christian!
