it's hard to make a fair judgement call without all the facts.. sounds like the guy in the truck has anger management issues.......

bad deal all the way around... but proves once again and i don't blame the driver of the 370. but in the wrong hands these cars can kill.....

hope the z driver recovers fully.............

Looking at that picture is painful.. If you walk away alive from that, you are truly lucky.

Remember. 102ft makes the Z the fastest stopper on a production car under 100k and possibly over as well. Stopping on the street is the Z's forte.

Can I get more info on this?

Cale,

If there is anything we can do... let us know. I'm sure the Z community will come together to help a fallen brother. By the sounds of things, he was only trying to do a good deed and things got out of control.

Thanks for the support guys, Sean is strong I'm sure he will make through. All we really can do is pray and hope he does.

This whole situation is terrible and over something so petty. I'm really pulling for Sean, any updates Cale?

tjlazer 11-06-2011 05:01 PM

some people get crazed when you mess with their woman. You also hear it all the time, with the guys who go nuts when a women leaves them. Really sad... really sorry Sean was at the wrong place at the right time.

True true, have seen that many times. I'm sure that she lied and said that she didn't have man, those lies are what lead to crazy shi*t like this. Hope Sean recovers well and truck driver gets what he deserves!

Man, girls just aren't worth things like this. Not in the least.

I only wish he was a permitted gun carrying citizen, as soon as the truck chased him and started ramming him he likely could have stopped and shot him and been in the clear. After all, if you ram a cop with a car its "assault with a deadly weapon".

Florida is a "stand your ground" state so that probably would have been a viable option if the truck driver continued to attack him when they stopped. Ramming the guy is definitely assault with a deadly weapon.

Glokwork 11-06-2011 06:51 PM

If that would have happened in VA, the truck driver would have been shot. Hopefully he will at least get 10-20 years of a$$ pounding in the state pen.

Good point, forgot to take that into consideration in this situation. In VA we can't drink and carry, I assume it's the same in other states as well.

Though I don't know if there's any evidence that Sean was drinking at all? He was driving so I would think he was not intoxicated.

Hope Sean makes it through this
