Sad part is that I had to reverse engineer what they did and unfuck the whole installation. The dealer ended up replacing both window sensors and motors on warranty as a result of the shop's "installation". Just check that the button isn't actually damaged or obstructed in some way. I learned that while correctly installing my sound system.
