i thought u meant that if u pressed it on the fob the door would pop open lol i was saying that that would only happen if you had already pressed the cap down

One thing I noticed recently (Nissan thinking again) is the interval wipers will wipe immediately when you turn to a shorter setting, which is brilliant and exactly what you want - also, they are speed sensitive if you have Nav, but you have to enable the setting.

I gotta look for this secret compartment. Love little hidey holes like that.

I was disappointed that coupes don't have the valet / lock hatch mode in the glove box. Though I guess you should just go in through the inside anyway.

Followed by wondering why the glove box is so small to begin with.

Something I did not know:

The car sounds like a tractor when it's turning off. Plus, when the OEM tires are almost dead, OMFG they are loud (Louder then any other tire i've had before).

If you press the unlock button on the remote twice and hold it down, the windows will come down until you release the button. That is If you live in a hot environment so as you are walking to your car, you can "cool it" before you get in. The same can be done by inserting the key in the door and turn it to unlock (hold it to that position). The same is to roll the windows up by turning the key to the lock position while holding it. Many of my friends never knew this.

And you can lock your vehicle from the outside with the key fob on hand while the engine is running. I do it during the summer time if I'm at a convenience store and just getting a soda or water bottle, I leave the engine running with A/C blasting cold air while I get my drinks. Upon returning I just press unlock and get in.
So far this is the only vehicle that allows me to do that. Any other car, I have to turn off the engine in order to "lock it".

My GMs, 350Z, previous 240SX, previous LS400, previous E36M3s, and a few others allow door locking using the remote while the engine is running. I do this when warming up in the cold months to prevent theft.

I didn't know that after 2 yrs of ownership, that on occasion, I would still be floored by how aggressively gorgeous a car she is.
