Well, the fluid was at the top of the reservoir tank so there was plenty there. I was just wondering where all the fluid in the neck portion went... does

Well, the fluid was at the top of the reservoir tank so there was plenty there. I was just wondering where all the fluid in the neck portion went... does it just splash around and out of the car as you drive?
