Got tired of waiting...

Well, I was waiting on a factory order on a red base + sports but the estimated wait time got pushed back another month...sooo I visited the dealer today and fell in love with the loaded one in the showroom...

Magnetic Black
Persimmon Leather (it's definitely a personal thing, but I thought black + persimmon was HOT)
Touring
Sport
Nav
Mats
Splash Guards

(Basically identical to The Weapon's car)

Applied for and got approval on PenFed loan today, hope the FedEx check comes Tuesday and then it's off to pick my new baby up and post pics!!!

Hell yes people, can't wait to get driving!

Congrats. There is nothing better than driving away from the dealership in your brand new car. The persimmon leather is definitely sweet...I was looking today at how much it would be to swap my seats out so I could get it too

You'll love the car. I'm at 1500mi now and I swear it only gets smoother with time and the stock exhaust note keeps sounding better and better.

On a side note, I see you're driving an '08 A4 2.0T. I had the exact car in an '07 (relatively identical). I think you'll find that you haven't compromised too much in terms of luxury features. However, you're going to LOVE the power of the Z compared to the 2.0T. You'll feel like you were driving a Geo Metro until now.

ya waiting sucks had to wait 3 months for my first car and 2 months for my second one. but I did not ahve an option to buy off the lot at the time. If i did I just might have. Congrats on the new ride bro.

Sweet! Where in STL are you? Most of my family lives there. Ladue, Fenton etc.

Will do!! Only bummer is that I plan to pick the car up Wed, but then I'm flying out of town Thursday for business....arrgh. But, certainly can't complain if I'm the proud owner of a new Z.
