Did I get the right Z?

Plunking down several tens of thou $$$ on a car, I expect the mileage to be low, preferably in the teens.

If more than 50 miles at purchase, I think: dealer's pet car, demo/test car - in any case, someone driving a car that isn't theirs; I know I'm not too gentle with rentals, especially high performance ones...

Plus the salesman says this:

Yeah I immediately noticed the discrepancy, but I had been through so much haggling between 3 different dealers I was exhausted. I was sitting in the car just as I wanted it, everything looked legit about it, so I just broke down and said "**** it" basically. I figured the sales guy made a harmless mistake on assuming the car was truck delivered. Afterall the mileage on it was consistent with it being driven from the other dealership. As far as me being an idiot and not knowing what I was buying, well I approached this deal from a different vantage point this time. Rather than browsing the lot and talking about what I wanted, I came in knowing exactly what kind of car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I basically told them to make it fit however possible. I said I wanted A B C with X Y Z features and nothing else. They gave me what I wanted. I did not expressly request a sports package but I sorta ended up with a quasi version of one since I really wanted the spoiler to compliment the car.

Anyway I'll admit I'm not the most savvy car buyer, but I'm getting better. This is only my 3rd car

Last time I paid sticker price like a goon with no negotiating lol. Oh well live n' learn. I've already expressed outrage for being manipulated at my last dealer and that I will never shop there again. We'll see how the new one treats me.

Ignore all the posters who lack compassion for your situation and slammed you. They have never made any mistakes themselves so they are justified. If you have the sport package after all, then good job -- even if you did not intend to get it.

They're comin they're comin, just waiting for the damn spoiler to come in, since it adds so much to the appearance once installed. Also gonna get a nice polish job from a professional detail shop, since my car has those beautiful little swirl marks all over the paint from the idiots at the dealer using bath towels to wash my car.
