Yup, its like how some people like to rebadge their Acura RSX into Honda Integra, VW Jetta's into Bora's , 300ZX/350/370's into Fairlady's.

Now if they had GT-R badges on the back of their G's then it would be a different story...

A Z IS a Fairlady. The only reason they don't call it "Fairlady" in the states is because they didn't feel it would sell as well with such a feminine name.

A G is a G. Nothing to do with a Skyline.

I think that was his point. A skyline is the same as the 370 GT so it's not really lame.
