Progressive FTMFL

Not only Progressive but any Insurance, is up to your financial institution because they are suppose to be notify by the insurance company if the car is financed.

One of my cars was garaged for 2 yrs while overseas and I needed an authorization to only have theft & fire protection from the Bank and my deductible to a $1,000.00.

*Update* Meeting with Investigator will be this coming Friday. After Reviewing information with the Lawyer, he says there is a very good chance they will pay out without having to goto court. He found some information which would go against Progressive and the fact the insurance company keeps changing their statement on stuff, i would have to say they realized they messed up big time. I'm feeling very good now and hopefully will win this.

Oh come on! Why in the world would Progressive give a flying fig about your finance company?

Insuring the car is YOUR responsibility, not your insurance company's.

I'd go with a gtr, but make SURE you have PROOF of collision and comp.

Well i was originally thinking of picking up a White or Black Nismo, but because i already have another 2seater, i could use a more seats. I havent decided fully yet, but im leaning towards a e92 m3 coupe in alpine white.
