Did u buy it new in 2009 or did it have miles on it already ? If you bought it new and you put on close to 40k in less than 3 years I would say it was a lot. Look at this way... 1000 miles x 12 months = 12k miles per yr x 3 years = 36K. and that would be if you had it for a complete 3 years, So your putting on more than 1000 miles a month or approx 250 - 300 miles per week on avg,, Yeah I think that would be a bit much at that rate u will get to 100K in no time... but then again..why did we buy it for....
