Owned a Datsun B210, 300ZX and a 350Z. Heritage of the Z.

BTW, bada$$ car!

I think the 370 and Cayman are 2 of the best looking sport cars. I purchased the 370 on looks alone. Love the sexy curves and style. Plus it is a great value.

I bought the 370 because it is a Z and probably the best one made -- at least technically. I have owned Z's since the early 80's (81, I think). My 370 is my 11th Z.

i had an immediate emotional connection with the 370Z when i first saw one driving down the street. kinda blew me away. the last time i felt this way was back in 2003 when i first saw the G35C.

not many car impress me emotionally these days. they might look cool or have decent specs on paper/watever but it doesn't move me.

I agree with the emotional connection part. The Z is not the fastest, best handling car in the world, but it is a Z. One need say no more, IMO. The exceptions to this are the 300ZX's built between 84 and 89, along with any 2+2's.

Oh yeah, Happy Friday, Mr. Kenchan.

My husband traded a '86 944 for a '90 300ZX Turbo in 1990. He enjoyed that Z much more then the Porsche. He regrets selling that car to this day. Styling wise the current 370 is just knock out!

My 944 died a couple years ago and I got tired of riding around in a sedan.

I'm in the same boat with Ken Chan, I fell in love with the 370Z when I first saw it. My cousin got one when they first came out and I had a chance to ride in one, the rest was history. The 350Z is a nice car but it never really grabbed me like the 370, when I saw it I was like "gotta have one"

There aren't many cars I'd take over a 370Z if I'm looking for a sports car. A GTR, Cayman S, 911 turbo...but even if I had that kind of cash for those cars I'd probably just throw a twin turbo in the Z and keep going

Sexy and in this area rare compared to Camaros, mustangs, corvettes and such. I loved my G35 coupe and it was time for a change, so stayed in the family Z/G family.

Wanted a 350Z for probably close to 5 yrs. Initially saw the 370Z and was not sure, but then fell in love, became a sick obsession.

Loved all Z cars and the 370 seemed to capture the lines of the Datsun again...

The fact that my Z can turn heads more when a GT3 is right next to me is a testament to the Z heritage...

I bought my Z because I have always been a car person and 6 years ago I bought a Nissan Titan that I had to have for construction. Well, I got laid off so after I got another job, I didn't need the truck anymore so I searched for cars. Almost bought a STI/EVO but then got a killer deal on a used 2009 Black 370Z with sport package. Great car, loved it, it ended up getting totaled. So, I just had to buy another. I bought a brand new 40th Anniversary out of the showroom and haven't looked back. However, it is my daily driver and I've got 22,7XX miles on it and haven't had this 1 year yet. So, I'm looking to buy another Titan Crew Cab LE for a daily and keep the Z for the weekends.
