To be honest, I didn't know about the 370z until sometime this year when I was looking at used 350z's for sale and trying to see if I could get a new one. I'm very much into cars and would even know the changes on the new mustangs, but I kinda felt that the 370z seems so...unannounced publicly...or something just didn't catch me.
Oh well...I originally wanted a Subaru WRX STI, but the interior on the 370z won me over 10x fold. Anyways, I just stop calling it 370z and just say it's the new Z.
