I am glad that my dealership's owner is a car freak and forces his employees to learn the history of the Z and GT-R

Had someone say is it a Audi TT?

I guess the Nissan emblems don't mean anything.

I actually think there are lots of differences in the looks between the two. I hate the ugly back windshield wiper. That would have actually been a deal breaker for me if I ever considered buying one. Whenever I see a 350Z I always think about how much better mine looks but it's all in the eye of the beholder!

as long as they don't call it slow and unattractive i don't care what they call it..

but i will fess up iv'e owned both cars and from a distance they can be confusing to tell apart.

but they are two completely different cars. nissan got the 370 right.

imo the 2 most stared at cars in my area or head turners are the 370 and the
c5 or c6 vette..............

People who actually pay attention to cars know the difference from a mile away. Most people who confuse a 370 with a 350 would confuse an M3 with a 325. So I just laugh at those idiots.

When I got pulled over the officer asked me what version of the 350z this was. We talked and I got out and walked him around the car showing him what changed. He had no idea that Nissan stopped making 350's. It was a bit annoying.... But it got me out of a ticket

Ive had many people call it a 350z only a hand full knew it was a 370. Had a girl one time pull up to the side of me me while driving ask if it was a 350 or a 370 and than followed me for a while

To be honest, I didn't know about the 370z until sometime this year when I was looking at used 350z's for sale and trying to see if I could get a new one. I'm very much into cars and would even know the changes on the new mustangs, but I kinda felt that the 370z seems so...unannounced publicly...or something just didn't catch me.

Oh well...I originally wanted a Subaru WRX STI, but the interior on the 370z won me over 10x fold.

Anyways, I just stop calling it 370z and just say it's the new Z.
