Annoying things people do, JUST because you are in a Z!

I was on my way to work one day and I was bout to get on the freeway and there's a parking lot for Jack in the Box and Dennys

I was on my way to work one day and I was bout to get on the freeway and there's a parking lot for Jack in the Box and Dennys right by the on ramp and this lady (mid-late 40's) is waiting to pull out. There's a couple car lengths between me and the car ahead, but I wasn't speeding up to close the gap I wasn't in a hurry. So when I go by this lady she puts her window down and sticks her arm all the way out to flip me off?! Figuring she had a bad day (I work nights so it was around 4pm) I ignored it, BUT I didn't notice she pulled out behind me. So I get on the on ramp and look in my rearview and this lady is so close to my car I can't even see her hood?! It is also a 2 lane on ramp so she is doing it on purpose now, so I brake checked her! Which was stupid cuz I put my car in danger! So as we continue onto the freeway with her riding my a$$, and as we merged and she merged over again and blows by me. She is also flipping me off again!!! I'm still dumbfounded by all this, and I'm watching her go by and there is a child in a car seat in the back no more than 3 if that!!!!!!

(Because of the child I regret brake checking her even more)

I had a guy go off into the shoulder and cut me off cause he didn't like me passing him for going 15 below the speed limit.

On another note(not annoying), I was at a red light and I see two girls in a Mini Cooper behind me. One girl starts pointing at my car and makes shapes with her hand. I assume they were talking about my F.I. exhaust. They speeded up next to me when the light turned green and have me a wave.

I have invidia test pipes on my Z and it makes a raspy noise at about 2600rpms (see 15mph). I was driving down Snug Harbor in Ocean City, which is just a row of boathouses with a paved 25mph road in between them. Some 40 something woman who happened to be out back yelled at me to slow down. I was doing 10 under the speed limit.

This happened at my old job in my 350z as well. It's like "Well I can't do anything about his car but I can take it out on him by telling him he drives unsafely"

Also on the topic of 350'z, I have noticed that 9 times out of 10 they are the douchey middleground between older 300zx drivers and fellow 370 owners.

I pulled into a car wash with 2 350z's and a G35 and you could cut the tension with a knife. Mind you they were all 16, 18 year old kids who opted for the Z instead of a brand new RSX. Good on them, btw.

It was bad with the Z but it is absolutely terrible with the STI. everything from scion tc's to bmw 5 series try to race me. Almost every day someone tailgates me and then hauls a$$ around me. Im sure its because some people see the wing, have no clue what an sti is, and think its some slow rice lol

Haha around here when I run into a WRX/STi driver they usually give me a thumbs up or a friendly nod. Same thing with 300ZX drivers, all friendly.

I will have to agree with the 350Z drivers though, they like to tailgate or do ricer flybys...

Old Z28 Camaro with primered vented hood cut over and briefly gunned it next to me. I think the driver was humbled after I briefly off some steam in 2nd

A 3-series Bimmer with "B3" emblem and exhaust (O_o), speeds next to me on the right lane, then guns and narrowly cuts me over to the left turn lane.

Yesterday, after passing through an intersection, I noticed from the rearview mirror a WRX driver nearly pwn'd himself after making a hard right. He over steered and the passenger front wheel briefly kissed the curb. I bet that woke him up.

There's a driver of an old Buick that drives crazy regardless of what car you're driving. I was on the on the right lane at the light the other day, and he sped and made a right turn from the LEFT lane!

It's probably from the nice weather we're having lately.

Nope. It really looks like a bone stock circa 2002 (wheels and everything) 3 series with a single fart can. The B3 emblem looked "off." (chome looks fake or faded). There's no Alpina logo either.

This. It never fails, if you have a string of days with crappy weather and then it is nice and sunny then everyone turns into a douche and drives around town like they own the road.

Yup. for some reason the erratic weather makes people go crazy. I say relaxx those ponys under your hood still only mean you can go the speed limit, (unless you wanna risk it) so even if you're souped up doesnt mean ****, take that to the track and act a fool there.

I'm parked next to my husband's 350Z right now and I'm inside my car. Just had an SUV with two young guys pull up behind the cars, then to the front and start saying "that's what's up" and "daaammmmnnn". They left, came speeding back and parked next to my car, stared as if they wanted me to go race them and left. I'm taking it as a really creepy nod of approval.
