i posted a video on vdc on vs off at vir, you decide if i was smooth or not. this is a 370z, not a f1 or lemans or even a m3. the vdc is nowhere as good as it is on the other expensive cars.

Not saying its on that level, but it's not like the system in the Prius either.

the cars are vastly different, but based on my own personal experience. i would choose the toyota one as it is way less intrusive. i can carry a partial drift in it before the vdc would kick in. the WIND made my vdc coming on at the back straightaway at vir, not a joke

Just be grateful it's not traction control on an E46 BMW. I rode in a friends 760ish WHP M3 and when the traction control kick in it's like driving into a brick wall.

the m3 e46 smg i rode and drove had a good system, at least it wont kick in down a straightaway

Was the car putting down 700+ WHP? In stock or lightly modded form, the traction control is fine. On my friends car, it'd break traction on a straight at almost any speed, and when that happened, it sucked. This was right after the turbo kit was installed/tuned, though. He's since upgraded to an aftermarket traction control and drag radials.
