So we have the people who wear the bluetooth everywhere: church, work, golf, walking around. Then we have morons who don't have one that need one. Is there no happy medium??!!
Also not sure about your area scone, but in some places its a secondary offense so the police can't stop you unless there is another motive. Kind of like the seatbelt law in va until it was changed to a stoppable offense.

Onzege, the more people I meet and come in contact with the more I learn that I hate people. This lady is proof to why I feel that way.

It's not a primary in MD either. You have to be speeding, swerving, or something else, and then they can ticket you for a secondary offense.

In Ontario, its enough to be pulled over and fined. People actually take it pretty seriously here.

It's the same reason that I'm always nice and patient to system admins and helpdesk personnel. I can only imagine the stupidity they deal with every day.

I love DMV. It is a source of amusement every time I go. I love the people who try to register their friend's cousin's uncle's brother-in-law's car that was "given" to them and they have no paperwork.

The DMV is a cesspool of the most worthless, stuid people at no specific time. Stupid people are out and about at all hours. May God shine down and bless DMV employees.

I also have a kind demeanor for call/helpdesks or any type of public servie jobs. They put up with soo much ignorance and stupidity. I wonder if it is like farming tobacco, after doing it for a bit the nicotine seeps in your hands and you become addicted. Can you catch stupid by being around it all day everyday?

Yep, you would almost be forgiven for thinking it was still legal to hold a phone while driving judging from all the people who are out doing it. And what is the reason why people are still doing it in such prolific numbers?

Police are not enforcing the law. I have not only seen people driving right next to cop cars talking on their phones, but I have seen cops doing it too. I despise anyone who does that, I have definitely chewed a few people out if they cause me a close call due to them talking or texting.

There was a time when the light turned green and I was at the front middle lane. I saw a car going awfully a little too fast and may look like a hard stop.

So I waited thinking he might just gun it (like everyone else in California). The SUV behind me beeped and I didn't care cuz the speed I saw seemed too fast. Well, the car on the left of me seemed to jump the gun because of that same beep and got T-boned hard.

I got out of the car and tell that SUV (which ended being a woman in her 40s) owner "Look what you did! I saw her in my small car and you just killed a guy." She cried, but I don't have any heart for her because I'm an a***.

Same thing here happened to me. Was making a left turn on a green arrow when a lady in a truck T-boned me. She had the guts to say I ran the red light on the police report. I found two witnesses and sued her ***. Milked her for every dollar I could. Biatch!.

You are an ***. The only one responsible is the red light runner. The SUV lady didn't do anything wrong and certainly didn't "kill a guy". Don't be an idiot.

A few years ago i was stopped at a red light in the right lane. Another car was in the left lane. Centre lane was empty. A car blasted by and T-boned a minivan in the intersection. No one was hurt, but it could have been worse

Hmm looking on the positive side perhaps if she would have hit me and I lived, I would have been able to grab a GTR with the damages and lawsuit!
