If it were me, I'd try to find a way to keep the Z and get a less expensive SUV. For all the performance of the above mentioned SUVs, none will have the overall handling performance of a Z. Kind of hard to take even a Cherokee SRT8 or G55 to autox.

It's going to be difficult going form a agile sports car to a SUV. The BMW X3 or X5 will drive most like a fun car and not SUV like. It is amazing when you take into consideration the weight and size of the SUV. Drive everything in your budget.
