Car feels like its gonna stall. Is this happening to you?

So lately i have been noticing while stopped at red lights that my rpms drop to 500rpm and my car shakes a little and feels like its gonna stall. It happens for a split second and then the rpms climb back up to 700rpms. Car drives perfectly normal. Does this happen to any of you? Any idea what it could be? I know the obvious answer is going to the dealer but my car is too low..
