Sticking Throttle - HELP

Rapidly clutching puts me anywhere from 500-750 rpm over 5k when I clutch.
Clutching gently does the same thing.

Again, I'll be posting a video asap. I tried earlier solo but all I have is a phone and I came to the conclusion that I'm not well enough equipped to do it alone lol.
