Was the engine running when they put the car through, they usually are. Water must have gotten sucked in, but I don't know how thats possible with the stock intakes.

Was the engine running when they put the car through, they usually are. Water must have gotten sucked in, but I don't know how thats possible with the stock intakes. Was there a CEL?
Also, do you know what the oil temp was at? It sounds a lot like limp mode, but I doubt it.
