I never got this, I can understand if you are rolling on a spare/back up because you just blew a tire, but I have talked to a few people and they say it is because they will buy the other two next month. I just reply, why not wait to put them all on together, then I get this look:

Ahhh... I didn't want to make generalizations but guess... it IS a money thing. (or lack thereof)
