Hmmmm...let's see....I could have bought a Cayman for $40K more, but now I have a car that's just as fast, turns *more* heads, and I have $40,000 to spend on booze, tits and vacations.

I wanted to drive something that looked good and I would not pass a dozen copies of it when I went down the road.

I see at least 4 mustangs and 3 camaros everytime I go to work. I can't say the same for the Zs.

Ditto.

The car that came in second for me, a Challenger is even starting to get more mainstream now.

I love driving down the road and never seeing another 370. I also like how nobody knows what it is.

I see at least 40 Toyota Camry and 200 pedestrians everytime I decide to go to work. I can't say the same for the Zs.

I hope someone sees this and comes up with his/her own version of doink statement haha

Default Fun to drive

Great car. I only have 4000 miles after a year. My weekend car. I had a 1978 280z which was stolen in Bridgeport Ct in 1983 and prior to that an E-Type Jaguar.

The 370z represents an practical sports car with a guilt free price.

My dream cars however would be an E-Type Jaguar coupe with modern electrics and fuel injection or a Porsche 911 4S.

I was inbetween sports cars at the time and it looked like the best thing at the time (Feb 09) and by golly if it wasn't getting "best of" in every magazine at the time

In 2009 the 370Z slaughtered everything it its market. No Camaro. Mustang was slower and handled way worse. There was just nothing near it. That was the time to buy one IMO, minor supposed rare issues aside.
