op, the bumpers on 2013 are different. doesn't mean the body is changed. so yes the amuse kit will fit.

in all seriousness why would it NOT fit?

metal panels are the same, only change is the front bumper and maybe the lower tray and clip locations. you can even fit a nismo bumper on the base if you're willing to get brackets, etc.
